Mr. Hartig developed the desire to become a chief financial officer at a young age. Driven by his open-mindedness and perseverance, he has served as the CFO of Hahl Inc for the past four years.

In this role, he is able to utilize his expertise in corporate finance, account management and organizational redevelopment. Mr. Hartig forecasts profits and departmental costs and coordinates with the human resources department to evaluate employee performance and productivity. He is also tasked with updating the accounting software of the company, a manufacturer of extruded monofilaments and other materials intended for industrial use.

A 2002 graduate of the University at Buffalo, Mr. Hartig holds a bachelor's degree in business with a focus on management, finance and accounting.
