As the Director of Business Enterprise Solutions at MicroTech, Mr. Bentley specializes in "Imagineering" -using creative ideas and technologies to develop innovative solutions that are matched to customer business strategies and needs. He also specializes in system/software/application development, performance-based program management, and strategic business planning. He has worked as a Director for large DoD Systems Integrators and functioned as proposal manager for large-scale business acquisitions. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he provided recognized expertise in managing military and civilian resources in Air Force Command and Control (C2) Operations at the unit, division, numbered Air Force, and Headquarters levels.

At MicroTech, Mr. Bentley's focus areas include collaborative decision-making, integrated communication, social media, business process engineering and re-engineering, business intelligence and data mining techniques and technologies, and system/software/application development. His next goal is to attain a vice president position and he attributes his success to his continued education and tenacity. Mr. Bentley holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
