As a logistics technician for Amazon.com, Inc., Joshua R. Monroe is responsible for receiving networking equipment, deploying racks, running copper and fiber cabling, troubleshooting and replacing defective server hardware. He became involved in his profession through his interest in computers, and he attributes his success to his hard work and problem-solving skills.
